1. No Refund After Processing Begins
No refunds will be issued once an order enters the "Processing" stage (i.e., when it has been assigned to an astrologer). Users are responsible for reviewing their orders before confirmation. Vedaksha Astrology Private Limited holds no liability for refund requests made after this stage has commenced.
2. Refunds on Cancelled Orders (Pre-Execution)
Once an order has been successfully placed and executed, no refund shall be issued.
However, if a user wishes to cancel an order before execution, they must contact our customer care team within one (1) hour of payment.
Refunds in such cases are issued at the sole discretion of Namastro Tech.
3. Technical Delays or Glitches
Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by technical issues on our platform during report generation.
Users acknowledge that displayed timelines are approximate, and we will make all reasonable efforts to deliver services promptly.
4. Incorrect Information Provided by the User
No refunds will be issued if the user submits incorrect or incomplete data. Users are advised to review their information before submission.
Requests to correct information may be entertained within one (1) hour of service execution, subject to feasibility and support review.
5. Return of Damaged Products (Post-Delivery)
Refunds are not applicable for damaged products returned after delivery.
Users accept full responsibility for products once delivered.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if a product is returned, the user is liable for the product cost and applicable shipping, courier, and customs charges.
6. Delays in Subscription Activation
Pro-rata refunds may be considered only in the event of significant delays in activating subscription-based services.
If a product is damaged during transit, Vedaksha Astrology Private Limited and its logistics partners will take appropriate remedial actions.
7. Product Image Disclaimer
All product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to deliver products as closely as possible to the images shown, minor variations may occur. No refunds will be issued for such variations.
8. Service Disclaimer
Our services and products are not substitutes for medical, emotional, or psychological treatment.
Vedaksha Astrology Private Limited does not guarantee physiological or therapeutic effects from astrological remedies (e.g., gemstones).
Usage is at the user’s discretion, and no refunds will be provided due to dissatisfaction with astrological results.
9. Missed or Failed "Call with Astrologer" Appointments
No refunds will be issued if the user:
Provides an incorrect or unreachable contact number
Is in a poor network area
Fails to answer the astrologer's call
Once the call connects, the service is considered rendered.
10. Refund Deductions
Applicable refunds will be issued after deducting:
Transaction charges from banks/payment gateways
Shipping and return courier costs
Custom duties or other service-related expenses
11. Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate transactions (e.g., due to server timeout or payment gateway error), if the user's bank account is charged twice, the excess amount will be refunded in full, without deductions. Only the cost of one valid transaction will be retained.
12. Order Cancellations by Vedaksha Astrology Private Limited
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including due to:
Unavailability of service
Pricing or listing errors
Technical faults
In such cases, if payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded to the user.
